Description
This wine has a wonderful depth of flavour and richness from this boutique producer in the south of Tasmania. Made using the traditional methode champenoise technique delivering a purity of fruit and lightness on the palate. A blend of three vintages and predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In the mouth, fine bubbles give way to a toasty, nutty luxurious palate finishing with lingering fresh citrus.
Bouquet of cream, nutty, honey, toast, yeast with a light gold colour. Pairs well with antipasto and seafood.
