NV Piper Collective Sparkling

The Piper Collective sparkling is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir- sourced from within the Murray Darling and Riverland.  The wines have a fruity softness and generosity together with some fresh bread (yeast) aroma’s. Definitely a crowd pleaser.

2017 Piper Collective Pinot Gris

This is a light and fruity number. With a soft hint of citrus, light bodied and crisp on the palate. The grapes were harvest early to keep the dryness of the wine and has some Colombard, which originated from the Cognac region of France, blended to keep it fresh.

2017 Piper Collective Shiraz / Petit Verdot

The Riverland in South Australia is a long-established, warm climate wine producing region, located east of the Barossa Valley. With 2% of the grapes coming from the Clare Valley. This Shiraz/Petit Verdot is light, young and fresh. With that hint of elegance.
